  1. Please review the Disclosure Agreement. Please affix signature upon confirmation that you have read and understood the content.
  2. Please make sure you scan or get a digital copy of your Driver's License, a utility bill (internet, gas, water, phone, etc.) and your social security card. All 3 types of documentations are required so we can authenticate your profile and dispute with creditors and credit bureaus.
  3. You'll need to sign up for a credit monitoring service via our partner,Credit Monitoring. This is required so we can actually pull every piece of information about your credit report, provide an ongoing report of your progress and also accurately dispute. This ongoing monthly monitoring service is required for as long as we are handling your credit disputes.
  4. You should already receive an email regarding your login at https://portal.creditmanager.io/ - This is where you'll submit these required documents and be able to monitor your credit repair progress. Let us know if you did not receive it.
